Terms of use
The rules for using the platform, in plain language. Revision: July 2026.
Educational content
Courses, notes, formulas, dictionary entries and calculator outputs are provided for education and reference. They are prepared with care and verified against standard results, but they are not a substitute for professional engineering, financial, or medical judgment; safety-critical and money-critical decisions must be independently checked. Calculators state their assumptions and domains of validity — results outside those domains are not warranted.
Accounts and submissions
Accounts are reviewed and approved individually and may be declined or withdrawn for misuse. By submitting a paper you confirm that you hold the rights to the submitted work, that it is your own, and that you grant WeLoveMathematics permission to host and display it; copyright remains with the authors. We do not host third-party copyrighted material without permission, and we remove material on receipt of a substantiated rights complaint sent to editorial@welovemathematics.com.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it wholesale for republication, or misrepresent WLM-hosted material as peer-reviewed where it is labelled otherwise. Quotation and linking for study, teaching and review are welcome with attribution.
Liability
The platform is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on its content. If any clause of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stands.
