Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run accounts and submissions, we do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
What we collect
If you create an account or submit a paper we store the details you provide — name, email address, and the content of your submission — for the purpose of reviewing and operating that account or submission. Contact form messages are stored so we can reply to them. Browsing the public pages requires no account and no personal data.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not embed third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. Mathematical rendering is served via the KaTeX library from a public CDN, which receives standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) as any web asset does.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@welovemathematics.com; we act on verified requests within 30 days.
